This Privacy Policy is issued by Aurelia Innovatives Private Limited ("AIXL Academy", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India with its office in Nashik, Maharashtra, India. AIXL Academy is the enterprise training brand of Aurelia Innovatives Private Limited. It applies to https://aixl.academy, our programs, and all channels through which we communicate with you, including email, phone and WhatsApp.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including name, work email, company, role, and program interests when you fill out forms, register for programs, or contact us. We also collect usage data about how you interact with our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: respond to inquiries and proposal requests, deliver training programs and workshops, send relevant event and webinar notifications, improve our platform and services, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in delivering our services (CRM, email, analytics), provided they maintain appropriate data protection standards. For enterprise clients, data handling is governed by the executed MSA.

4. AIXL Labs Data Security

AIXL Labs environments are provisioned with SOC2 Type II compliance standards. Enterprise clients on private cloud delivery models maintain full data sovereignty within their own VPC. No training data or code produced in lab environments is accessible to AIXL Academy.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for platform functionality and analytics cookies to understand site usage. You may opt out of analytics tracking at any time. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

6. Communications via WhatsApp

AIXL Academy operates an official WhatsApp Business account on the number +91 93703 29554. We send WhatsApp messages only to people who have opted in — for example by registering for a program or webinar, submitting a contact form with a phone number, or messaging us first. Messages are limited to admissions and enrollment updates, program and session reminders, webinar links, and replies to your support queries. We do not send unsolicited promotional messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by emailing mayur.patil@aixl.academy. WhatsApp messages are transmitted through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We never share your WhatsApp number with third parties for marketing.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@aixl.academy.

8. Your Rights
