Refund Policy
1. Corporate Training & Cohorts
For enterprise-level corporate training and private cohorts, refund terms are governed by the specific Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed between AIXL Academy and the Client Organization. Generally, once a cohort is confirmed and lab environments are provisioned, fees are non-refundable.
2. Individual Workshop Registrations
Cancellations for individual workshops must be made at least 7 days prior to the session start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future workshop. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
3. AIXL Labs & Subscription Products
Subscriptions to AIXL Labs or other cloud-based SaaS products are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. These fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
AIXL Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, infrastructure failure). In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or a seat in a rescheduled session.
