Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIXL Academy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accessing our platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Services
AIXL Academy provides enterprise AI and engineering capability-building services including but not limited to: instructor-led training programs, AI co-work workshops, sandbox lab environments (AIXL Labs), skill assessments (AIXL Skills), and the AIXL Flight learning management platform.
3. Enterprise Agreements
Corporate clients engaging AIXL Academy for custom training engagements, cohort programs, or platform licensing will be governed by a Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW) executed separately. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an executed MSA, the MSA shall prevail.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, lab environments, assessment frameworks, and platform software are the intellectual property of AIXL Academy or its licensors. Participants may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any AIXL content without prior written consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the AIXL platform to violate any applicable laws, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's integrity or performance.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIXL Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
