The Challenge

A government agency needed to modernize its citizen services delivery model. Staff had limited exposure to AI tools and strict data sovereignty requirements prevented use of cloud-hosted training platforms.

Train 500 civil servants across 3 staff grades to adopt AI-augmented workflows without compromising data sovereignty.

Our Approach

AIXL deployed its air-gapped lab delivery model on government-owned infrastructure. Training focused on AI productivity tools (Copilot) and structured decision-support workflows using local LLMs.
